All interviews take place over your browser so you don't have to download any software. We use a VOIP technology which means there are NO dial-in numbers. Communication is done through the speaker on your webcam or the speaker on your computer. All you have to do once an interview is scheduled is plug-in your webcam and hit the "Proceed to Interview" button!

Employers:

We went one step further to help you gain a competitive advantage over other job seekers. We enable you to upload up to five examples of your work. These can be in the form of pictures, documents, PDF's or presentations. This feature is a great way to help bring your resume to life!

Employers:
Sometimes the resume just isn't enough so we created a Work Examples feature. We allow candidates to upload up to five examples of their work. These can be in the form of pictures, documents, PDF's or presentations.

Auto-Private Feature

Job Seekers:
It is easy to get caught up in the excitement of a new position and turning your account into private mode isn't always the first thing on your mind so we created an Auto-Private feature. If after 30-consecutive days you have not logged into your InovaHire Job Seeker Profile, your account will automatically go into a private mode, eliminating you from search results.
This feature also helps in the quality of your search results. If an employer has not logged into their account for 30-consecutive days, their account will automatically go into a private mode, eliminating them from search results. This helps to ensure that only open positions and interested employers come up in your search results!

Employers:

If you already have a resume, simply copy and paste it onto our site! If you don't have a resume, not a problem! We provide you with the formatting tools you need to create one! Employers: When you search for a candidate our engine goes through their entire resume, pulling only the candidates that best match your search criteria.

Relocation Feature

Job Seekers:
Do you live in one state but are looking for a job in another? Great! When you create your profile you can select states you are willing to relocate to. This way, if an employer is searching for candidates in a state you are interested in relocating to, you come up in their results!

Employers:
Sometimes finding the best candidate means looking outside your local area. If you are interested in bringing on a candidate that is looking to relocate you can choose the "Include candidates willing to relocate to this state" option on your Candidate Search page and they will come up in your search results!

User Control Features

We have two features on our site to help keep your experience on our site enjoyable. The first feature is a Block Feature. We don't own your information, you do which is why we give you full control of who can view your profile. The second feature is a Report User Feature. If you feel an employer is using the site in an unprofessional manner, or if you feel their job is not a real job, all you have to do is report them (it is done anonymously)!
