Our job search engine allows you to search through our job database using keywords, zip code, distance, state, employer revenue, employer size, employment type, and position level. You can choose to use some search criteria or all, the choice is yours.

Our job search engine is based on quality not quantity which is why we have several features in place to ensure our job database is filled with available, quality jobs.

Job Search Engine Features That Ensure Quality Jobs

• We don't upload jobs for employers; employers upload jobs directly to our job search engine.
• All applications are sent directly to an employer's inbox.
• Jobs are only active for 60 days unless an employer closes the position early to ensure that old jobs don't come up in search results.
• We allow employers to upload jobs using an XML job feed allowing us to display jobs offered at each of their locations. These XML feeds are updated daily so once a position closes, the job is removed from our site.
