We better get used to it, because online interviewing for jobs is here.  I’m guessing that Gen-Y and the younger of Gen-X job seekers will have no problem at all, since they’ve spent most of their lives happily chatting online to strangers and posting every detail of their lives on social networks such as Myspace and Facebook.  They’ve grown up with technology and it supports both their recreation and work.  

Baby Boomers and older Gen-X may have some concerns getting started, but I suggest they hop on and take the ride!  There may be some initial worry, but here are some advantages/tips to help you look on the bright side:

• Practice with friends to test it out before interviewing, and let them give you feedback.
